| The dining room in the Guest Suite has some kitchen units along one wall with facilities for preparing light meals and opens onto the conservatory. This room could be a third bedroom. |

The conservatory faces south and west and contains arm chairs, a dining table for two and Val's treasured water feature made by a potter friend. It has doors to the lounge, the Guest Dining Room(third bedroom) and the south and west facing courtyard garden.

The Guest Bedroom contains a 6 foot double bed which converts to twin (one hard and one medium mattress). For storage there is a dressing table, bedside cabinets, Georgian "whatnot" with drawers and a fitted wardrobe. The Georgian "whatnot" houses a TV with Digibox and video recorder.

The Master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is an extension which was completed in February 2004. It opens onto a small east and south facing walled courtyard garden, which catches the first morning sun and is cool in the late afternoons of summer, when the west facing courtyard garden is in full sun.

The en-suite to the master bedroom includes a bath, wash basin, bidet, toilet and walk in power shower. All hot water at October Cottage is powered from solar panels on the roof.

The walk in power shower in the master bedroom en-suite has an aerating shower head, which saves water.
