Val's Kitchen

Vals kitchen was refurbished in November 2008. It contains a table top dishwasher, floor standing washing machine, wall mounted microwave, electric induction hob and under sink roll out rubbish bin. The two corner base units have carousels for easy access and all drawers are self closing. The two corner wall cupboards open out completely for easy access and the gas fired central heating boiler is in the wall cupboard near the window.

Shower Room

The Shower Room contains a 'Walk in' power shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The shower room is provided with dispensers containing soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The shower is fitted with an aerating shower head to save water.

For less able guests there is a shower stool and toilet frame, though these will not be included in the sale. The toilet frame can also be used for the bidet. Enlargement and refurbishment of the shower room was completed in February 2005.

Garden

The L shaped Cottage encloses a south and west facing walled courtyard garden containing a summer house and garden furniture for al frescoe dining.

This courtyard garden becomes a regular sun trap for those lazy summer days and evenings.

The courtyard garden is entered from the conservatory, or from the front through the garage.

The Local

The village pub just 1 minutes walk away serves both an excellent selection of food together with some of Englands better Real Ales.
